Foot steps on the floor/knocks on the door

This past Saturday, I was downstairs in the bathroom and I heard what I normally hear when I'm in the bathroom.. the sound of very light foot steps, maybe a child in socks or something like that. Nothing is said, nothing else is done, just aimless wandering for maybe like 2 minutes.
This morning around 5:45am, I woke up and went to the bathroom (Upstairs). I was laying there in my bed trying to go back to sleep and I heard a loud, single knock on my door. My dog Oprah would normally make a sound like this but she was sleeping in the kitchen. I could tell it had a knuckle sound to it. As if someone used their knuckle to tap on the door but it was pretty loud. That's the first time it's happened to me, but my brother had it knock twice.
Today, I've heard the little girl spirit downstairs, it was a moan this time. I've heard walking behind me in the kitchen area and vibrating wall sounds. There is an over whelming feeling of something watching me and I just felt an ice cold breeze against the back of my right arm...so I think I'm going upstairs now.
