Midnight Bathroom Breaks

This unexplained event happened on Tuesday, September 19th, 2011 at 12:05a.m.. I awoke with an urgent need to piss, so I head to the bathroom and close the door quietly so the babies don't wake up. As I was trying to go, I spaced out and stared at the wall just rubbing my eyes. When I was finished, I flushed the toilet and as I was shutting the toilet lid, I was bending down a bit while looking at the toilet seat. Then I saw the amber colored glass candle box fly off the porcelain toilet top. In front of my very own eyes, I witnessed the glass box zoom to the right and then it crashed to the floor, almost waking everybody in the apartment. I stood there amazed. I wasn't really surprised, more unexpected shock than anything else. I picked up the amber colored glass box and set it back on the top of the toilet lid. I tried to re-create what happened by setting the glass box in the exact position it was, then at the same time, I flushed the toilet while closing the toilet seat & lid to see if there were any vibrations that could have moved it. I even tried it with the glass box right on the edge of the toilet lid and flushing the toilet while moving the lid and seat, nothing happened. When I went back into my bedroom, my wife asked me, "What the hell was that"? I told her everything that happened and she couldn't believe it just as I couldn't believe it. Here is a picture of how the glass box was setting:

The next unexplained event happened Friday, September 23rd, 2011 at 2:11 a.m.. I was in the bathroom again and I didn't shut the door completely because it can be loud sometimes. I was standing at the toilet doing my thing and I heard my wife come out of our bedroom and I heard her feet shuffle over to the bathroom door. I flushed the toilet and walked out expecting to see her sitting in the recliner outside our bathroom. She'll wait there sometimes if I'm in the bathroom and she has to go as well. I didn't really think much when she wasn't at the recliner I thought maybe she just walked back in the bedroom. Well as I entered the bedroom, I saw her lying in bed, covered up with the blanket, I said, "You can go now" and she didn't say anything. I lied down next to her and said, "You can go now", and she was clearly sleeping, so I woke her up and asked if she needed to go to the bathroom. She looked at me as if I was crazy. Well, she obviously didn't know what I was talking about so I just said, "Nevermind", go back to sleep.
When we got up this morning, I told her what had happened and she wearily stated, "Well, here we go again".
